Andrew, as Jones the Toastmaster, is a professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies (MC).

An award-winning public speaker, leadership development expert, communications specialist, and coach, Andrew is a member of The Circle of Toastmasters, having been trained by Reuben Lynch, one of the UK's most experienced and respected Toastmasters. He will capture and retain the attention of your audience to deliver a faultless, inclusive, and seamless experience, whatever your occasion.

As your Toastmaster, Andrew will ensure the smooth running of all aspects of your event, enabling you as the host to relax and enjoy your event.

Andrew is based in Newport, Shropshire, England, and operates on an international stage.

Andrew has spent much of his life working closely with people to help them to grow their communication and leadership skills. He has had the good fortune to have lived within and experienced many different cultures and traditions around the world, as an expat living in mainland Europe, the Middle East, and South-East Asia in addition to the UK. He’s been a news presenter and voiceover specialist during his time as an expat.

A Law graduate (LLB) from the University of Sheffield, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Bath University School of Management, Andrew joined Toastmasters International (TMI), the world-renowned public speaking and leadership organisation, whilst he was living in The Hague, in the Netherlands. And he has continued this connection ever since, earning the title Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), TMI’s highest level of accreditation in public speaking and leadership in 2019.

After spending his earlier career in Law and Accountancy and in Executive Search he was urged by several of his MBA Professors to consider a career move into Leadership Development and Coaching given his strengths as a facilitator and coach in multicultural environments. This ability stood him in good stead during his time as an expat and he maintains a very strong international network.
